Processing technology of PVDF pipe valve

Plastic PVDF Valve pipe can be processed by general thermoplastic processing methods, such as extrusion, injection, pouring, molding and transfer molding.

1. Extrusion The melting strength of polymer PVDF is good. It can be molded into film, sheet, tube, rod and power insulating sleeve by extrusion. According to the equipment used and the shape of processed products, the temperature is controlled between 210-290 ℃, and the molding temperature is controlled between 180-240 ℃. The temperature must be strictly controlled so as not to exceed the melting temperature for a long time. Extrusion molding equipment can choose general screw extruder.

2. The PVDF with low molecular weight can be processed by injection molding because of its high melting velocity. Generally, the general injection molding machine is used, but the barrel plunger and nozzle must be made of corrosion-resistant Ni based alloy.

3. Casting and pouring is to use dimethylacetamide as the solvent to prepare PVDF into a solution with solid content of 20%, which is cast on the aluminum foil. After hot melting at 205-315 ℃, the continuous strong and tough film with thickness of 0.05-0.075mm can be made by quenching with water.

4. In general, PVDF particles are put in the oven or preheating furnace for preheating, and the preheating temperature is 215-235 ℃. Then the pre heated materials are added to the pre preheated 180-195 ℃. The pressure is pressed and maintained under 14MPa, and the holding time depends on the time required for melting and flow. The thick wall products can be demoulded only when they are cooled to 90 ℃ to avoid vacuum bubble or deformation.

5. Transfer molding generally uses extruder to plasticize first, and then conveys the material to the storage tank. The material in the storage tank is injected into the mold through the plunger pump, and the material is kept in pressure and cooled. Whether it is molding or transfer molding, it is mainly used to produce products with large volume and thick wall thickness.

6. Other processing methods for PVDF can also adopt impregnation, coextrusion, conformity and other processing technologies.

PVDF plastic valve materials are mainly used in petrochemical industry, electronic and electrical industry and fluorocarbon coating. Due to its good chemical resistance, processability, fatigue resistance and creep resistance, PVDF is one of the best materials for pumps, valves, pipes, pipeline fittings, storage tanks and heat exchangers of the whole or lining of the fluid treatment system of petrochemical equipment. PVDF has good chemical stability and electrical insulation properties. The equipment can meet the requirements of TOCS and flame retardancy. It is widely used in the storage and transportation of high purity chemicals in the semiconductor industry. The porous membrane, gel and separator made of PVDF resin should be used in lithium secondary batteries. At present, this use has become one of the fastest growing markets for PVDF demand. PVDF is one of the most important raw materials of fluorocarbon coating. The fluorocarbon coating prepared from PVDF has developed to the sixth generation. Because PVDF resin has strong weather resistance, it can be used outdoors for a long time without maintenance. This kind of coating is widely used in power stations, airports, highways, high-rise buildings, etc. In addition, PVDF resin can also be blended with other resins, such as PVDF and ABS resin to obtain composite materials, which have been widely used in construction, automobile decoration, home appliance shell, etc.
