1. API specification

As we all know, API609 has actually become the international specification of valves for industrial important pipelines. Tritec is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the latest 1997 edition of API609. 2. Dual security structure

3. No dead zone design

In the design process, Tritec specially considered the application problems in the field of control, made full use of the sealing principle of triple eccentric butterfly valve, realized that the butterfly plate did not scratch the valve seat when the valve was opened and closed, and the torque of the valve stem was directly transmitted to the sealing surface through the butterfly plate, that is to say, there was almost no friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat It eliminates the phenomenon that the valve can not be regulated due to various unstable factors such as friction in the low opening range of the valve, that is, the dead zone is removed. This means that Tritec can enter the adjustable area from 0 to 90. Its normal control ratio is more than twice that of the ordinary Butterfly valve, and the maximum regulation ratio can be more than 100:1. This creates a good condition for the use of Tritec as a Control Valve, especially in the case of large diameter, the cost of the stop valve is very high, in addition, the stop valve can not achieve zero leakage, in the case of emergency shutdown, it is necessary to install a shut-off valve on the side of the stop valve, and Tritec integrates control and shut-off, and its economic benefits are extremely considerable

4. Body seat structure

There are two kinds of valve seat installation structures of three eccentric butterfly valves. Most of them are installed on the butterfly plate for drawing convenience. However, Tritec adopts the body seat structure to install the valve seat on the body. Compared with the butterfly valve seat, the valve seat greatly reduces the chance of direct contact with the medium, thus reducing the erosion degree of the valve seat and prolonging the service life of the valve seat.

5. Thin sheet seat structure

The valve seat of Tritec is composed of stainless steel sheet and graphite sheet. This structure can effectively prevent the influence of small solid in the medium and the sealing surface bite caused by thermal expansion. Even if there is slight damage, there will be no leakage, which is unthinkable for double eccentric butterfly valve or other three eccentric butterfly valve.

6. Replaceable sealing pair

The sealing pair of Tritec is unique. Not only the valve seat can be replaced, but also the sealing surface of the butterfly plate can be replaced because the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is independent from the butterfly plate. In other words, when the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is damaged, there is no need to send it back to the factory or decompose the valve in a large scale, and only the sealing surface of the butterfly plate can be replaced. This not only greatly reduces the maintenance cost, but also greatly reduces the maintenance cost The maintenance time, intensity and difficulty of maintenance are reduced.

7. Balanced fixed structure

Based on the shape characteristics of the sealing surface of the triple eccentric butterfly valve, Tritec adopts the oval bolt distribution to fix the sealing pair, which not only makes the positioning accurate, but also makes each bolt bear the force evenly, so as to put an end to the looseness and leakage of the sealing pair caused by the uneven stress distribution.

8. Essential fire resistant construction

Many valves claim to have fire-resistant construction, but most of them adopt hard and soft double seat structure to reduce leakage, which is very dangerous. Because the incomplete combustion of soft seal valve seat in fire will make the metal support valve seat produce stress and temperature difference deformation, which will lead to the failure of fire resistant machine. Therefore, Europe and the United States are gradually eliminating this kind of fire-resistant valve. Because of its zero leakage, tritrc does not need the assistance of soft seal. It is a true fire-resistant structure, and has obtained the fire-resistant inspection certificate of api607, api6fa and bs6755part2. This ensures that Tritec can be used in oil, petrochemical and other dangerous areas. 9. High packing construction

In terms of valve leakage, traditionally, the leakage of valve seat, i.e. internal leakage, is often focused on, while the leakage of packing part is ignored, that is, external leakage.
